1. Account Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

Do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

3. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of the content you upload.

  • By uploading, you grant Wallxy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and promote your content.
  • You are responsible for owning or having rights to share the content you upload.

4. Data Storage, Backups & Sharing

Wallxy treats uploaded project files as private Wallxy content unless intentionally shared publicly by the user. Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important project files.

  • Wallxy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of uploaded content.
  • Certain features rely on third-party providers. Wallxy is not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes caused by third-party services.
  • Users are responsible for any content shared through public or external access links.
  • Anyone possessing a valid shared link may access the associated files unless additional restrictions are enabled.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid plan.
  • All fees are disclosed before payment.
  • Payments are final unless stated otherwise.

6. Termination

We may terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms or applicable laws.
  • Harm the Wallxy network or other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Wallxy is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of information. Wallxy does not independently verify professional licenses, certifications, qualifications, or identity claims unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for loss of profits or data.
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
  • No liability for user content or errors.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
