Wallxy for Construction & Execution: Report Site Issues, Get Drawings & Manage Your Crew — All From WhatsApp
Your site issues, drawings, contractors, engineers and daily updates shouldn’t be scattered across WhatsApp chats, phone calls, folders and disconnected tools. Wallxy brings your entire site execution workflow into one connected workspace. Report issues, track progress, access the latest drawings, assign work, coordinate your crew and keep everyone aligned from planning to handover. Less confusion. Faster action. More control.
If you're a contractor or site engineer — Wallxy meets you where you already are
On Wallxy, the Construction & Execution role covers every one of these designations:
Builder
Civil Contractor
Construction Company
Foreman
Furniture Contractor
Home Theater Agency
Interior Contractor
Interior Work Agency
Landscape Contractor
PMC - Project Management Consultant
Procurement
Project Contractor
Purchase Manager
QC - Quality Control Engineer
Site Supervisor
STP & WTP Contractors
Waterproofing
Nobody on a site is opening a dashboard mid-pour. Whichever of these fits your role, the tool you actually have open all day is WhatsApp. So instead of asking you to change that, Wallxy's Construction & Execution role runs almost entirely through it.
Where Design & Planning sets up the project structure, your role is to work inside it — and on Wallxy, "working inside it" can mean never touching the web app at all.
The Problem

Site issues today get reported as a one-off WhatsApp message to whoever's online — no reference number, no way to confirm the office actually saw it, and no record if it gets buried in a busy group chat. Drawings get forwarded phone to phone until nobody's sure who has the latest GFC set.
The Solution
Wallxy turns the WhatsApp number you already use into the reporting channel itself — every issue gets a reference number and notifies the project admin instantly, and drawings reach your whole crew through a linked project group instead of a forwarding chain.
Everything starts with one WhatsApp number

You verify your phone once with an OTP, pick your active project from a simple list, and from there a numbered menu — Media, Drawing, Change Project — replaces having to navigate a dashboard. No app to download, no login screen to remember. If you're juggling more than one live site, switching your active project is just picking a number from a list, right in the chat.
Report a site issue without leaving the chat

This is the core of it. When something needs flagging — a site issue, a drawing issue, or a material request — you don't call the office or wait for the next site visit. You report it directly in WhatsApp:
Choose the type: Site Issue, Drawing Issue, or Material Request
Describe it in your own words
Set the urgency — High, Medium, or Low
Confirm, and it's submitted
Every report gets a reference number (like WI-014) and the project admin is notified the moment it's filed — no waiting for someone to check a list. You can pull up "My Inputs" at any time to see the status of everything you've reported, and if there's back-and-forth needed, you can open a comment thread on the issue right from the chat instead of a separate call.
One honest note: today this is a text-based report — description and urgency level, not a photo attachment. If a picture matters, it's still worth sending it separately or logging it once someone's on the web app, but the report itself, its reference number, and its status tracking all live on WhatsApp already.
Drawings come to you — and can go to your whole crew

Two things happen on the drawing side:
Individually: when a drawing is assigned to you or a new "Latest GFC" (Good For Construction) set is released, you get notified directly with a tap-through action — no digging through a shared folder.
As a crew: your project admin can link the project's WhatsApp group to Wallxy. Once linked, drawings sent from the web app land straight in that group, so the whole site team sees the same GFC set at the same time, instead of it being forwarded phone to phone and going stale.
Invite your crew the same way you'd share anything else
This ties back to the same Invite as Role system covered for Design & Planning — but on-site, it shows up as a quick action inside your WhatsApp menu. Tap "Invite Members" and Wallxy drops a direct link into the chat for you to forward to whoever needs adding to the project. No separate app, no email draft — just a link you send exactly the way you'd send anything else on WhatsApp.
One thing to know before you rely on it
WhatsApp bot features — projects, drawings, media, issue reporting — are available on Go and Pro plans, not Free. If your studio or contracting firm is still on Free, this entire workflow needs an upgrade first. Worth checking with whoever manages your firm's Wallxy subscription before you plan around it.

Ask your project admin to link the site's WhatsApp group if drawings aren't landing there yet
Use "Invite Members" to add the rest of your crew
FAQ
Do I need to install anything?

Can I report an issue for any project, or just one?
You report against whichever project is currently your "active project" — switch it first if you're reporting for a different site.
Who gets notified when I submit an issue?
The project admin, immediately, along with a tracked status you can check anytime via "My Inputs."
Is this available on the Free plan?
No — WhatsApp bot features require a Go or Pro plan.
