Getting Started with Wallxy — How to Sign Up and Log In

Welcome to Wallxy — the digital workspace built exclusively for Indian architecture and construction professionals.

Security and professional verification are built into the core of Wallxy. This ensures that every architect and contractor on the platform is verified. This guide will walk you through our secure sign-up process, the onboarding steps, and how to access your workspace.

Part 1: Creating Your Wallxy Workspace

Creating a new account takes just a few minutes. You have two options to sign up:

Option A: Standard Email Sign-Up

1. Open your web browser and navigate to wallxy.com/signup

2. Enter your Professional Email Address

3. Create a Secure Password — minimum 8 characters including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character

4. Enter the password again to confirm

5. (Optional) If you have a Referral Code from a colleague, click "Have a referral code?" to enter it

6. Check the box to agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy

7. Click Create Workspace

Option B: Sign Up With Google (Fastest)

If your professional email is hosted on Gmail or Google Workspace, skip the password step entirely.

1. On the wallxy.com/signup page, click Sign in with Google

2. Select your Google account from the popup window

3. You will go straight to onboarding — no password required

Step 2: Onboarding and WhatsApp Verification

As soon as you create your workspace, you will be taken to the Complete Your Profile screen. This creates your public professional identity and finalises your account security.

You will need to provide:

1. Your Name and Details
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Role (e.g., Principal Architect), and Designation.

2. Profile Picture
Upload a professional photo or your company logo. Use our built-in image cropper for a perfect fit.

3. Location
Start typing your address — our Google Maps integration will auto-fill the rest.

4. WhatsApp Verification (Mandatory)
Enter your WhatsApp number and click Send OTP. Check your WhatsApp for the 6-digit code, enter it, and click Verify.

Once your WhatsApp is verified, click Submit.
You will see a burst of confetti 🎉 — your Free Plan activates instantly and you land directly on your new Project Dashboard.

Part 2: How to Log In to an Existing Account

Already have a Wallxy account? Three ways to get back to your workspace:

Option A: Standard Password Login

1. Go to wallxy.com/login

2. Enter your registered email address and password

3. Check Remember me to stay logged in on your device

4. Click the purple Continue to dashboard button

Option B: Sign In With Google

1. On the login screen, click Sign in with Google

2. Select your Google account from the popup

3. You will be instantly logged into your Wallxy dashboard

Option C: Passwordless Email OTP Login

Forgot your password? No problem — skip the reset process entirely.

1. On the login screen, click Continue with Email OTP (look for the fingerprint icon)

2. Enter your email address

3. We will instantly send a 6-digit secure code to your email

4. Enter the code — you are immediately logged in

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" just above the purple button. Enter your email and we will send a secure reset link.

Q: Why do I need to verify my WhatsApp?
Wallxy handles sensitive architectural drawings, project approvals, and site documentation. WhatsApp verification ensures your workspace is secure and that project notifications reach the right person instantly — whether on site or in the studio.

Q: Can I change my profile picture later?
Absolutely. You can update your Name, Profile Picture, and Address at any time from your Account Settings inside the dashboard.

Q: Which plan do I get when I sign up?
Your Free Plan activates automatically the moment WhatsApp verification is complete. You can upgrade to Go at ₹1,799/month or Pro at ₹4,399/month at any time. Pro includes a 7-day free trial.
