Your Questions About Wallxy, Answered
Storage limits, plan pricing, who can approve what, whether WhatsApp works on every plan — the questions that come up most. Straight answers, no marketing spin.
How much does Wallxy actually cost?
Three tiers: Free (₹0), Go (₹1,799/month, or ₹17,990/year — works out to ₹1,499/month billed annually), and Pro (₹4,399/month, or ₹43,990/year — ₹3,665/month billed annually). All prices include GST. There's no separate "Business" or enterprise tier — just these three.

How much storage do I actually get?
Free gives 12 GB, Go gives 256 GB, and Pro gives 512 GB. Free's storage is a one-time allocation; it's worth knowing that a firm doing regular video or heavy drawing work will find 12 GB tight fairly quickly.
How many projects can I run?
Free allows 3 projects total. Go allows 10 new projects per month. Pro allows 25 new projects per month. The "per month" framing on the paid tiers matters — it's a recurring allowance, not a lifetime cap.
Who can approve a drawing or task?
Review and approval authority sits with the project owner — the party who created the project — regardless of who submitted the work. Even when a different company (a consultant, contractor, or supplier brought onto the project) submits and updates their own work, only the project owner can move it to Approved. This is a platform-wide rule, not something that varies by plan.

What actually happens when someone submits work — what are the status stages?
Every task and drawing moves through: Pending → Submitted → Under Review → Approved, or it can be sent back as Revision Required. Each change is timestamped and tied to the specific person and company that made it.
Does WhatsApp integration work on every plan?
No — WhatsApp bot features (site issue reporting, drawing delivery, project menu access) require a Go or Pro subscription. Free doesn't include WhatsApp integration at all.
What access level do I get when I'm invited onto someone else's project?
Most commonly Contributor — you can view the project and submit or update your own work, but you can't invite or remove team members, restructure the project, or reassign tasks across the team. A client, by contrast, typically gets Viewer access — read-only visibility into the same project record, without submission rights.
Can I choose what role someone is invited as?
Yes — Invite as Role lets you pre-select a person's exact designation (architect, consultant, contractor, supplier, client, etc.) before the invite is sent, so their access is already scoped correctly the moment they accept.
Do I earn anything for referring people to Wallxy?
Yes — you earn 25 credits when someone you refer signs up and completes their profile, and 50 credits when they make their first purchase. They get 25 bonus credits on their first purchase too.
Is my portfolio or catalog public by default?
No — Gallery folders (for portfolio/content work) and Catalogs (for product/supplier listings) default to a non-public state, and you choose when to set them to public. Gallery specifically supports three states: draft, private, and public.
Can clients comment on drawings and tasks?
Yes, but only if the project team's workspace is on a Go or Pro plan — commenting and project discussions aren't available on Free, regardless of the commenter's own role or plan.
Does Pro come with a free trial?
Yes — Pro includes a 7-day free trial; you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
What if I outgrow Free?
You can upgrade to Go or Pro at any point — there's no lock-in or waiting period. The most common triggers are running out of lifetime enquiries (Free gives 5, total, ever), hitting the 3-project cap, or running low on the 12 GB storage allowance.
