🚀 How to Upgrade — Step by Step

Step 1 — Go to the Subscription Page

Navigate to wallxy.com/subscription or click the Upgrade button at the bottom of your left-hand dashboard sidebar.

Step 2 — Select Monthly or Annual

Use the Monthly / Annual toggle at the top. The Annual option shows the "Save 17%" badge and displays the monthly-equivalent price alongside the annual total.

Step 3 — Choose Your Plan

Review the Go and Pro plan cards. Click Subscribe Now (Go) or Start 7-day free trial (Pro).

Step 4 — Apply a Promo Code (if you have one)

Enter any discount or promotional code at the checkout screen before payment is processed.

Step 5 — Secure Payment via Razorpay

Wallxy uses Razorpay for all transactions. Payment is processed securely and your account upgrades immediately — no waiting.

Credit Packs

Running low on Credit Coins before your monthly reset? Purchase a Credit Pack as a one-time top-up — without changing your plan.

Credit Packs appear on the subscription page below the main plan cards. Each pack shows:

• Base credits + bonus credits included

• Price in INR (GST inclusive)

• A "Best Value" or "Highest Bonus" badge on the best pack

What credits are used for: premium generation features, and other credit-gated Wallxy capabilities.

Add-Ons

Beyond credit packs, Wallxy's checkout offers extra seats and storage add-ons — visible directly on the plan cards as "+ Extra seats & storage add-ons available in checkout."

These let you expand team capacity or storage without upgrading your base plan.

🔄 Downgrading and Cancellation

Downgrading:

• Go to the Billing page → Select Manage Plan → Choose your lower plan

• A scheduled downgrade is created — your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then switches

Cancelling:

• Go to the Billing page → Cancel Subscription → Confirm

• Your plan moves to Autopay Cancelled status

• You keep all premium features until your current paid period ends

• After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free Plan

Your data is safe: Projects, drawings, and team data are not deleted on downgrade or cancellation.
